  1. Carl Derian: Welcome / Call Meeting to Order / Establish Quorum (20 members)
  2. Carl Derian: Motion to approve minutes of August 14, 2021 Annual Meeting (sent to supporters
    ahead of time), by Jack, 2nd by Sarah, accepted by majority vote
  3. Carl Derian: Capital Campaign highlights; an anonymous donor has given the Trust up to
    $150,000 matching funds. As of July 13, all gifts by individuals will be matched up to $150,000.
    Through July 31,2022:
          a. Revenue including pledges and expected LMF grant: $1,824,033
          b. 95 donors
          c. 21 pledgees =$70,678
          d. LMF Grant funds $264,972 – October
          e. Expenses through 7/31/2022: $68,421
  4. Jack MacBrayne: 2021-2022 Financial report. Motion to accept report by Liam, 2nd by Sarah,

  5. Carl Derian: Carl enumerated the extensive Trust accomplishments for the year; recognition was
    given to Ted Van Leer for his extensive efforts on behalf of the trust
